Summary | 0000669: hfsplus does notwork with latest kernel 3.10.0-327.28.2.el7.x86_64
Description | It would appear that the hfsplus kernel module does not weak-link against the very latest kernel (3.10.0-327.28.2.el7.x86_64).

Acknowledged The latest kernel update (3.10.0-327.28.2.el7.x86_64) broke the ABI of the kernel(blkdev_issue_flush) symbol. I've rebuilt the package against kernel-3.10.0-327.28.2.el7.x86_64 which fixes the issue, but the new package is NOT backward compatible with older kernels. The updated package is in the elrepo repository and is currently syncing to the mirror sites: hfsplus-kmod-0.0-3.el7.elrepo.src.rpm kmod-hfsplus-0.0-3.el7.elrepo.x86_64.rpm To test, please update and reload the hfsplus module. Note: this package will only work with kernel-3.10.0-327.28.2.el7.x86_64 and above |
