Your IP should have access now.

xxx.xx.xx.xxx was blocked on or about January 28, 2024 due to "malicious scanning".

I can confirm that my IP has access now and that I can update my system from elrepo.
Thanks a lot for your help.

Note: I could not understand the "malicious scanning" from my IP address, because what I probably have done was a few attempts to update my system (dnf makecache && dnf -y upgrade). I'm sorry if I caused any inconvenience or problem!
Few free to provide me any instruction about how to prevent my system/IP to be blocked again.

Again, thanks a lot for your help!
