Thank you for letting us know. The same issue reported for Fedora: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1978884 "can't install ecryptfs-utils: - nothing provides cryptsetup-luks needed by ecryptfs-utils-111-22.fc34.x86_64" => Fix is to remove cryptsetup-luks from Requires. |

Previously kernel-ml had ecryptfs enabled. To allow kernel-ml users to install ecryptfs-utils, the 'Recommend' option was omitted. |
