Summary | 0001248: USBIP Kernel modules (kmod-usbip)
Description | Hello ELRepo Team, I'm missing the USB/IP Kernel Modules and Utilities. I see here some tickets from past Versions where other people requested this modul and it was able to delivere the requests. I hope that's also possible for Enterprise Linux V. 9 (Stream) - e.g. CentOS Stream 9. Can someone create and release usb-ip kernel module?
Steps To Reproduce | dnf --disablerepo="*" --enablerepo="epel" list available | grep -i usbip

Hi, ELRepo driver modules do not support the CentOS Stream kernel (only genuine RHEL and compatible clones, which Stream is not). If you want kmod-usbip for Stream 9, you should request it from the CentOS kmods SIG who do support CentOS Stream: https://wiki.centos.org/SpecialInterestGroup/Kmods Thanks |
