| Description | The Config key CONFIG_MLX4_CORE_GEN2 enables support for older Melanox Cards (e.g. Connect-X2). This is disabled in the RHEL Kernel, but Activated in Centos kernel-plus. Therefore it would be nice if this was also enabled in the kernel-ml | ||||

Hi, Thanks for the request. I'm sure Alan, who maintains the mainline kernel-ml packages, will get to this shortly, but in the meantime I just wanted to note we also have a kmod package for using on the rhel8 distro kernel supporting older MLX4 devices: kmod-mlx4-4.0-3.el8_2.elrepo.x86_64.rpm |
