Summary0001584: DRBD fails to upgrade on Rocky8 (el8 repo) due to el10 packages in repo
Description/linux/elrepo/el8/x86_64/RPMS drbd packages with name el10 and are signed with other GPG key, I can guess naming is wrong and due this name GPG key was used from el10

drbd90-utils-9.33.0-1.el10.elrepo.x86_64.rpm
drbd90-utils-sysvinit-9.33.0-1.el10.elrepo.x86_64.rpm

on os update (with dnf update) tries to import new GPG key (as found on your documentation set to EL10 repo), this fails to

# yum update drbd90-utils.x86_64
