| Summary | 0001541: Enable CONFIG_IWLMLD | ||||
| Description | First time here, apologies if I'm not reporting this the right way. Kernel 6.15 moves support for Intel's newer WiFi cards (most 2024, e.g. BE200) from iwlmvm(?) to iwlmld. As this module isn't enabled in the kernel-ml config, upgrading to 6.15 on a system with one of these cards results in non-functional wireless. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Have a system with a BE200 WiFi card 2. Upgrade to kernel-ml 6.15 3. Wonder what happened to the WiFi | ||||

Thank you for making this request. CONFIG_IWLMLD will be enabled in the next kernel-ml update. |
Config change: < # CONFIG_IWLMLD is not set --- > CONFIG_IWLMLD=m This will be applied to the el8, el9, and el10 kernel-ml package set. |
The requested config change is now in the current kernel-ml-6.15.5 for el8, el9, and el10. |
