| Description | Thank you for all your maintenance. I noticed that the kmod-drbd84 package for el9 has been removed. https://github.com/elrepo/packages/commit/a61c25eb244e3dc78afb0ff326e44f90713aad6c We are very sorry, but the Ganeti, a virtual machine cluster management tool, we use in our infrastructure does not work with kmod-drbd90 and still depends on kmod-drbd84. https://github.com/jfut/ganeti-rpm/blob/master/doc/install-rhel.md We tried to add a new el9 server to our cluster today and the kmod-drbd84 package could not be downloaded and activated. The el9 servers that were already built have the previously released 8.4.11-1.18.el9_0.elrepo.x86_64.rpm installed and working. Would you please maintain kmod-drbd84 for EL9 once again? I have resurrected the drbd84-related packages for el9: x86_64: kmod-drbd84-8.4.11-1.18.el9_0.elrepo.x86_64.rpm drbd84-utils-9.21.1-1.el9.elrepo.x86_64.rpm src: kmod-drbd84-8.4.11-1.18.el9_0.elrepo.src.rpm drbd84-utils-9.21.1-1.el9.elrepo.src.rpm The reason why I removed them is given in the git commit note. I am not sure if I can get fixes/patches for the 84 series. I am also not sure if the same code will continue to build in future kernels. So this is a "use at your risk" type release at this moment. |

I have built kmod-drbd84 for EL 9.1 and released it to the main repository: x86_64: kmod-drbd84-8.4.11-1.20.el9_1.elrepo.x86_64.rpm src: kmod-drbd84-8.4.11-1.20.el9_1.elrepo.src.rpm Please do let me know if you find irregularities. |

Thank you for your continuous maintenance. I have tried general operations using EL 9.1 (AlmaLinux 9.1) and kmod-drbd84-8.4.11-1.20.el9_1.elrepo.x86_64.rpm with no problems. |
