| Description | The drbd utilities' upstream 8.9.3 release used in ELRepo has a bug in the pacemaker integration script. The upstream 8.9.3-2 release (not yet tarballed, but available in git) has a fix. Specifically drbd.ocf at http://git.linbit.com/gitweb.cgi?p=drbd-utils.git;a=blob_plain;f=scripts/drbd.ocf;h=cf6b966341377a993d1bf5f585a5b9fe72eaa5f2;hb=c11ba026bbbbc647b8112543df142f2185cb4b4b (deployed as /usr/lib/ocf/resource.d/linbit/drbd) fixes the issue. The symptom is that DRBD resources configured in pacemaker will sometimes fail to start, with the message "drbdadm: Unknown command 'syncer'" in the logs. | ||||

We usually build only from tarballs. However, there are now at least 2 issues reported for the current version of drbd.ocf. Therefore we decided to offer a patched version of 8.9.3 that has drbd.ocf taken from upstream's 8.9.3-2. The packages are now in the elrepo-testing repository. drbd84-utils-8.9.3-1.1.el7.elrepo.x86_64.rpm drbd84-utils-sysvinit-8.9.3-1.1.el7.elrepo.x86_64.rpm |
