| Description | My HP neo boots from an SPCC Solid State Disk and in RHEL8 it will not boot unless there is a pata_atiixp kernel module. RHEL7 booting was fine. When I first upgraded to RHEL 8 I asked on elrepo and a kmod-pata_atiixp rpm was very kindly built. This worked and was fine, but the last rpm was for el8.6, so I cannot run later kernels. | ||||

Updated packages have been build of el-8.8 and have been uploaded. They should be availavle on our mirror sites shortly: kmod-pata_atiixp-0.4.6-4.el8_8.elrepo.src.rpm kmod-pata_atiixp-0.4.6-4.el8_8.elrepo.x86_64.rpm Please test and confirm they work as expected for you. Thanks |
