| Description | In the kernel-ml build, please enable the CONFIG_HSA_AMD KConfig option, which is needed by the ROCm stack from AMD. I've been enabling this option locally on my system for a few kernel releases and have no issues so far. It should only affects systems that have a GPU using the amdgpu driver. | ||||

Acknowledged. I have queued the requested configuration adjustment for the next build of both kernel-lt & kernel-ml for el7. To avoid any future configuration regression, I have also queued the same configuration adjustment for the next build of both kernel-lt & kernel-ml for el8. |

The recently released kernel-lt & kernel-ml package sets for both el7 & el8 [1][2][3][4] were built with the requested configuration change. Now closing as "resolved/fixed".
