| Description | Hi, I use Nvidia 3Dvision for my research. This is no longer supported by nVidia after driver version 418. Would you please make a long-lasting legacy driver version to support 3D vision users? | ||||

Sorry, I can't. NVIDIA decide what is a long-lasting driver branch and what isn't, so you would have to make your request to them. Elrepo simply package whatever NVIDIA ship, the current long lived branch being 440.xx and the last supported legacy branch was 390.xx. If you just want to stay on 418.xx, install/update to the last provided 418.xx driver package and then exclude the nvidia packages in your yum configs to prevent further updates being installed. |
