Agreed. Thank you for noticing (and reporting) the discrepancy.

I have also queued that configuration file adjustment for the next build of kernel-ml, for el7.

With the recent release of the updated kernel-ml package set, for el7, [1] this RFE has been fulfilled.

Now closing as "resolved/fixed".
