Summary0000883: kmod-nvidia-304xx is no longer work.
DescriptionHi there,

I notice that your kmod-nvidia-304xx is still using Nvidia 304.135, but Nvidia has Nvidia 304.137 as the latest one.

I wonder if you can update it to the latest.

I also notice that this kmod-nvidia-304xx does not support the most current version of Xorg.

nvidia-detect is correct, the 304.xx driver does not support Xorg 1.20 that now ships with el7.6. The last Xorg version supported by the driver is v1.19. NVIDIA stopped supporting the 304.xx branch a year ago, before the release of Xorg 1.20. There is no point updating it as the latest 304.137 doesn't add/fix anything relevant in our packages for RHEL7

So, the 304.xx driver does not support el7.6

Your choices are:

1. Uninstall kmod-nvidia-304xx and revert to using the distro nouveau driver, or

2. Purchase newer hardware that is supported. Entry level would be a GT 1030 card
