Acknowledged, it's on the todo list.

In the meantime, users of kepler hardware will continue to use the latest release of the 470 series driver and yum-plugin-nvidia will prevent accidental updating on unsupported hardware.

Legacy packages for el7 have been built and released (I've not got to packages for el8 yet):

kmod-nvidia-470xx-470.103.01-1.el7_9.elrepo.x86_64.rpm
nvidia-x11-drv-470xx-470.103.01-1.el7_9.elrepo.x86_64.rpm
nvidia-x11-drv-470xx-libs-470.103.01-1.el7_9.elrepo.i686.rpm
nvidia-x11-drv-470xx-libs-470.103.01-1.el7_9.elrepo.x86_64.rpm

Packages are syncing to mirror sites and should be available through yum shortly.

If you are migrating from the non-legacy packages, you will need to uninstall those first, then install the 470xx legacy packages and reboot. Tested locally and they are working fine for me.
